Jaclyn has grown as a leader since joining Thomson Reuters in 2009, taking on bigger responsibilities through the years. She leads a team of 16 customer support executives that helps traders, bankers, and asset managers make important investment decisions.

She has led programs that support employees in their career growth and development, ensure standards for excellence, and reward exceptional performance.

Jaclyn is a recipient of the Manila Achievement Awards, the highest recognition for exceptional achievement in Manila. She is also a recognized leader of Women@Thomson Reuters, which fosters women empowerment in the company, and is a dedicated hands-on mom.
